What are Protestantism's Scriptures?

Protestant Christianity uses two collections of books to compose their bible. The first half, called the Old Testament, is a Christian translation of the 39 books in the Hebrew Tanach. The second half, called the New Testament, is a collection of 27 books originally written in Greek.
